These are available during surgery hours on weekdays. Because of covid 19 all appointments are booked by phoning reception. A standard appointment is 15 minutes. If you have multiple problems to manage or think you will need longer please advise our receptionist.

Because our capacity to accept new enrolments fluctuates please call reception with any enrolment enquiries.

Requests for repeat prescriptions are done via the ManageMyHealth patient portal or through reception. You will need to be specific about which medications you are requesting and allow 24 hours for this request to be followed up. There is a charge for this service. If you have not been seen in the preceding 6 months you may be asked to make an appointment with your doctor for a clinical review.

Payment is required on the day of consultation unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, cheque, internet bill payment, EFTPOS and credit card. There is a merchant fee added if you choose to pay with credit card. Our fee schedule is displayed in the waiting room and at reception. This is also available on the Southern PHO website. Doctors are happy to discuss fees on an individual basis.

Results can be viewed on ManageMyHealth once the doctor has seen and filed them. Results can also be notified by text message. Your doctor or nurse will notify you of any abnormal results that need follow up or further investigation.
